  • What kind of properties do you work with?

    We work with a wide variety of property types, including single-family homes, apartments, and condominiums.

  • What happens if there is property damage?

    We take the utmost care to maintain your property, but if any damage occurs, we have insurance coverage to protect your investment. We also conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in top shape.

  • Do you market on platforms?

    Yes. We use a variety of platforms for professional business travelers such as Booking.com, Furnished Finder, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, VRBO, Airbnb and more.

  • How will I ensure the property is well-maintained?

    We are responsible for maintaining the property. This includes covering regular cleaning costs and minor maintenance. We hire professional cleaners between guest stays to keep the property in top condition.

  • How will I receive my monthly rent payments?

    We pay the agreed-upon monthly rent via direct bank transfer, ensuring you get your payment on time each month. You won’t have to worry about vacancies or late payments from tenants.

  • How do you handle disturbances or disruptive guests?

    At Ever Oak, we take the comfort and safety of both property owners and guests seriously. Our properties are monitored both via security cameras and noise monitoring, to ensure everyone treats your property with respect.
